We need to replace the rubber seal on the port outside head window on our 1999 310 dancer. Took out screws on inside and outside without any luck. Any ideas?

Are you talking about the screen/window gasket or the seal for the port hole when it is installed in the factory through the hull? The screen gasket does NOT require screw removal.

Well, we found that there is a leak in either the seal around the window or gasket. There is moisture on the carpeting under the sink in the head. Traced it back to the window. How do I replace the seal?

We are not sure what is leaking on the window. I believe it is the rubber seal, how do we change that seal?

it is silicone to boat. screwdriver and knife will help to remove it.

Well if you are not sure what's leaking I would start with the inner window gasket. You can get them at Pompette:

I got mine there for $23.00 a window. They are retro update kits which include the gasket/seal and a pop-in plastic framed screen.
The way to remove the window gasket is to just pry it out from the inside. Open the porthole window and use some thing flat (I used a flat head screw driver) and gently pry it out. Some people say to do it in warm temps but don't do it when the porthole is in the direct sunlight and it's hot out. The glue will stick to the stainless steel bezel and require acetone and elbow grease to clean off. I did it in 90 degree ambient temps and did three of the four on the shaded side of the boat. The glue stayed on the gasket and clean up was minimal. Make sure the groove in the new gasket is facing in so that the screen can settle in it once installed. Good Luck!
