Hello.

I recently moved up from a Ciera 2655 to an 03 320 Sundancer. One of the first projects I am taking on is a LED conversion with MarineBeam bulbs - there seems to be many good reviews from the members here. One thing I couldn't figure out while I was on the boat, in the manual, or in any of the posts, was how to remove three of the light fixtures. Before I break anything I thought I would see if you all could point me in the right direction.

Oh, and the last photo is of a bulb that I cannot seem to find on marinebeam. Does anyone know if they have something similar or if I need to pick that up elsewhere?

Thanks in advance!

The first two are the same. They have 2 very strong "mousetrap" springs on the back. The fixture pulls straight down, but may need some gentle help with a flat bar. Once they get out an inch or two, watch your fingers. The springs will snap back as the light comes out of the hole in the headliner and catch your fingers.

There are no fasteners other than the springs.

I cannot answer about the 3rd one.

Third part to the question, use the numbers you have on the bulb and go to Superbright LED. They will cross reference the numbers

Top one twists off, very easy. Second, no idea. This is the only light on my entire boat that are not LED yet because I can't get it off. Third, just pull the plastic front cover off, snaps right back on when done.

Really? That big one is a twist? Man, I twisted that sucker and got no movement.

So the reading lights just pull straight off or do I need to twist and pull?

For the reading lights, you can leave the fixture in place - the clear plastic cover over the front is the only part you have to remove, and it just snaps out/in.

the clear plastic cover on my reading spots does not stay in place once popped out without a little adhesive on the edges.

The first one as other have said - twists off - unscrew direction.

Same here, the frosted plastic on mine is not removable. There is no reason to remove anything other than the bulb on the reading lamps anyway. Just pull the old bulb out and slide the new bulb in.

can anyone tell me where to find a new reading light? one of mine is broken. also what type of led goes into them? thanks guys havent been to the boat in a while.

Don't know if you have the same, but mine use T-10 wedge base.
