How do I change the red/green navigation lights on a 1983 355T Aft Cabin?

I am trying to install new navigation lights and have been unable to remove the old ones. I have not been able to find a way to access them from the inside in order to remove the nuts. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is just a guess, but... does it have a top cap that looks like it might be carefully pried (pop) off? Some lights are like that.

Thank you for the responses. I have removed several liners from the boat but have been unable find one with access to the nuts under the navigation lights. I will keep searching.

I am trying to make improvements to the boat...mostly cosmetic...some functional.

Any suggestions will always be appreciated.
