Unbelievable! I thought we were long gone but now.....we are moving on!

Let's go A's!

Ken, And I thought you were talking about the NY Giants again! I have to admit...I'm not feeling real warm and toasty about this Sunday's game :( Brian

Don't follow the NL much, were the Giants supposed to be in the mix?

yankees need $2,000,000.00 to win, only takes the Orioles one Buck (Showalter). Enjoyed hearing ARoid getting booed over and over.........typical NY fans.

That's because the "New York Fans" expectations are High because of the Salaries we pay our Players!! Xravenx get 26 or more "Rings" and we'll Talk About it!!

We owe the football Giants a little payback from last year when you lucked into beating us! Two fumbles on punts and a no call on your fumble towards the end sealed our fate. No excuses, the Niners lost and I said congrats when the Giants won it all but redemption time is coming...

Painful from my end!!! Was at all three games here in Cincy watching the Reds seal there own fate. Live and die by the home run and at some point it will catch up with you. Credit to the Giants as they continued to play ball after going down 2-0. Not a Gianst fan by a long stretch, however I loved watching a manager actually manage the team and use the players needed to win to do just that WIN!. If Baker would stop chewing on the toothpicks and pay attention to the lineup and situations, we may fair a little better.

Don't forget, I had to deal with watching Dusty under manage and over manage while he was here. I still believe he costed us the series in 2002 when he gave the damned game ball to Russ Ortiz as he was leaving the mound, during the game! Bad ju ju if you ask me. He always left pitchers in too long and young players had no place on the field even if they were far better than the veterans. The toothpick thing becomes real old, real fast too...

Watching the last few innings of game 5 scared the crap out of me. Cincinnati had a lot of fight in them and we were lucky to hold that lead.

Good thing your not using excuses. hahaha...

I agree with the thread heading! Especially since Eli is my fantasy football QB! BUT a good rushing day for Gore would be awesome as well.

Ugly game so far! Pick number 3 while I am typing this! Bench Alex Smith!

Wasn't happy that they beat my Reds but I'm pulling for them now because I hate the Cardinals!

Cool! They need to play well since the 49er game is so bad I can't watch any more.

Oh, I thought this thread was about these Giants..........

But I guess that wouldn't make much sense since you are probably a Niners fan Humph!

Okay, rub it in! I hate that the New York football Giants own the Niners!

He just signed another two year deal with the Reds, so we are stuck with him til then. As Wish said, I will root for them as well out of hatred for the Cardinals at least through the NLCS. My second favorite team to the Reds is the Tigers going back to the Sparky Anderson days, But if I am rooting for Giants you may be screwed. You see where it got the Reds!

Watching Barry Fricking Zito finish up his stellar start! Not bad for an overpaid older player that throws no more then 86 MPH huh?

Coming back to play at AT&T Park tomorrow! Time to show what the Gigantes are made of! Come on Voglestrong!
