Horn Problem

I have had problems with my horn working recently. Seems it fills up with rain-water and sounds pretty much "dead" for a while. Then when it dries out it operates and sounds fine. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions other than asking MM to replace it? Thanks

I had the same problem. I drilled a small hole in the bottom to drain.

Works fine now

that is what I did and works very good on electric horn

I have also read this on another forum. It seems to work as long as the horn is in a storage compartment that allows water to drain overboard such as a anchor compartment, etc.
