Horn and radio don’t work

2015 SPX 190 where is the fuse box located manual doesn’t say just gives wiring diagrams . is there something wireing in common with them? I’m hoping just a blown fuse?

I just got the boat. The bilge pump I’m not sure if it would come on if there was nothing to pump so that may be ok. I’m a newbie so pleas be nice

You could put the garboard plug in on the hard and toss a 3 gal bucket of water into bilge to test pump. I test mine in the driveway pre-trip for peace of mind when I fire up the OB on the muffs and test steering.

my fuses are under the helm, but my boat is a lot older than yours I wouldn't think they are on the same fuse, unless its the main fuse on the fuse block that is the issue.
