I have a 2003 Sundancer 280. It has the switch panel to the right of the steering wheel with a bunch of buttons on it. I'd like to gain use of the ACC 2 button and I'm wondering where to find the actual wiring harness to find the 12V source?

Thanks!

The wire is most likely is located in the wire bundle on the aft end of the helm EIM. The helm EIM contains the breakers and is in the little drop down by on the stbd side under the throttle shift controls. Go to your manual, look at the wiring diagram. Find the pinout for the EIM plug. It will be marked ACC2 and give the pin location on the plug and the color code. Sea Ray also likes to print the name of the wire function in tiny letters on the wire as well. Where ACC2 is not used, the wire is buried in the harness, so you my have to push back the plastic protector to get to the end of it.

there should be a red wire terminated with blue butt-connector right on eim plug. test with voltmeter before connecting any accessory and pay attention for ACC 2 breaker size

Yes, you are correct. Found it right away. Wasn't fun running wires from the dash to the elec. panel in the cabin...
