That looks to me like about a 1994 37' EC -That boat weighs in at 13,000 #'s (dry). That should be an interesting tow bill for that one! Hope he's got the Boat US "unlimited" towing upgrade.

Does anyone know where this particular accident happened? I know a few years ago this happened at our lake. There is a peninsula that jets out into the water that is a golf course. The driver ran it aground one night with a full load of passengers. He jumped off the boat and ran away down the golf course. He was later caught and arrested.
