It was the first I had heard of the HAAARP project. (HAAARP information does not start until after about 10 minutes into the video) But if some would prefer the "Sky is falling" scenario, watch to the end and then ask yourself some questions about "Global Warming" and then look at this years Atlantic hurricane season.:huh:
