Does anyone know what would cause the steering to hiss as if there is air sucking in or blowing out? It was happening only when I would turn the wheel to the max left or right but now its started doing it all the time. The sound is coming from the area of the steering wheel. Also, the steering gets a little hard as well. The boat is only a year old with twin outboards
