I actually just received the adapter from Amazon and plugged it into my little BP12 pump. I had previously used the foot pump to what I though was .25bar, and it wasn’t even close. This pump has an auto shutoff and you wouldn’t believe how much firmer the tubes are at the proper pressure versus what I thought was correct. It was a lifesaver for my 12psi air floor but just as critical on the rib as far as I can tell.

Have used that same pump for years. Love it, have it hard wired into the trunk on the swim platform. Great for all the water toys, RIB, SUP, etc.

Wondered if the built in gauge was close to accurate.?.

that’s a good point. I should probably figure out a way to check it. Maybe I’ll rig up a gauge to the hose

So what are you guys using for covers? I have a new CL 310 and I’m looking for a cover to use when it’s on the dock. Prefer something with elastic and straps. And prefer something that is the right size.

Highfield makes one but they’re backordered in black and cost somewhere in the $550 range. My local canvas guy is making us a custom one but it won’t be ready until after the season starts so I’m using an old generic one I have with some belly straps to keep it in place.

I had this cover made at a local canvas shop, stays on really well.

I have had that clip style and it worked well and looks clean. When my Brig OEM cover wears out I will get another one like J.Wilt…

Yes, the hydrofoil help get you up on plane.
The Highfield CL360 I just bought has "auto-tabs" on it. From what I can tell they are simply spring loaded tabs that start down then the water flow pushes them up. The place I purchased it from said the tabs are far better than the foil on the engine foot. Thoughts?

did that hydrofoil help? I’m debating that versus the Hurley tabs they make for the highfields
Hydrofoil transformed the dinghy….I have 9.9hp on a 310 inflatable floor zodiac…. Made a huge improvement.

My 11' Nautica came with the spring loaded tabs as a dealer add on. They didn't work worth a crap for me. The problem seemed to be due to varying loads due to varying qty of people and where they chose to sit. Never worked at all when just two of us went out with both sitting in the back. Ended up replacing with a hydrofoil which work much better. FYI, the Nautica has a 40HP Yamaha so that's a lot more weight in the back than you are probably dealing with.
