Highfield… any regrets?

I purchased my dinghy and cover from Coral Gabels also, I believe the cover was close to $700 a couple years ago.

Yes! Mine was 2 years ago also. I also believe it was around $700 for the cover.
 
I stopped into my Highfield dealer here in Port Clinton today……. Zero inventory ….I said by spring next year he said he has no idea… I left my name and number but felt just going thru the motions

There is a SP330 Sport unsold here; I put my hands on it at the dealer today. I was in their shop today dropping off the trailer plates and registration; they had five Highfield dinghies in various states of assembly. Here is mine almost finished - hopefully delivery tomorrow. They expect a container full end of this month but confidence isn't high.

And BTW this is the Long Shaft engine model; it was all there was on the eastern seaboard for the CL360 series Note the raised transom.
 
I got my cover today, I love it. Especially for the price

they say it doesn’t fit with the motor up but it seems fine

my walker bay cover fits and attach's the same by looking at your picture. I have towed mine down the rod with the cover and it works fine.

Have you ever had issues with wind pulling the clips off?
I have three bags of the clips and bungee fasteners coming from Sailrite.
Just wondering if the system is good for running or do I need a secondary something.
