Welcome aboard !
I'm in Hervey Bay.
Don't know much about the 3.0l power plants, but there will be plenty here who will be able to answer your questions.

Welcome! Flushing the engine usually takes me about 10 mins. That gives the engine enough time to warm up and open the thermostat and then flush plenty of fresh water through. Usually by the time I've unloaded things after a trip and plugged in shore power, etc it's done and ready for the next use.
