Just dropping a line to say I love SR's and have begun the search for the one that suits us best!

Thanks for all the help and answering of my stupid questions.

Lot's of Sea Ray models from which to choose - and such a good time to buy with the market still depressed!

It is also hard to beat CSR for lots of helpful advice both in helping you decide what model would suit you best and lots of assistance once you actually have the boat.

Welcome!

Well definitnely a bowrider either the 270 or I have recently found a very nice 2004- 290. I really want the extra size but not sure. Besides gas consumption (which is completely different) I love the larger boat. Our neighborhood is right on Lake Lanier here in GA so I have plenty of marinas and such.

Guess it will really come down to the right deal at the right time. Having twins would be sweet when we head down to FL and maybe even the keys. If I had no doubts traveling with the boat would nto happen, I would probably lean towards the 270. Love to scuba dive and love the intercoastal in FL, not to mention all the fun in south FL with a boat like that.

Thanks for the warm welcomes! Its gonna be a long process making sure we do it right financially. I appreciate all the help.
