Hendry Creek in Fort Myers

We are thinking of purchasing a home near the start of Hendry Creek. There is access there and would like to know if anyone knows if I can get my boat through. I have a 215EC, Owners Manual says it drafts 20" tilt up. There are several Whalers there but they are a lot smaller. There is supposed to be a marina pretty close, and it would work, but a ramp at the end of the street would be better. Thanks

Can't help with the geography. Just keep in mind draft with drive up means that you need 20" of water so that boat will float. It does not mean you can go anywhere at that depth.

Occasional, I.e. Emergency, use of moving the boat with the drive up is ok. Regular, long term, use of moving the boat with the drive in the trailer position will cause damage to the drive.
