I just recieved my new HEI distributer with only two wire connetions where my old conventional syster (points has like two or three on each side of the coil) one of the new connections is for the tach the other the battery and it also has a vacume line that is not on the old one????
I know some one else has done this conversion so any help would be nice.
I am upgradeing a 1981 260 mercruiser.

Maybe the Moderators would move this to the gasser section so this guy might get an answer.
