A couple of days ago, I noticed a small crack/chip in the fiberglass near the opening of my cabin door. It was a small crack, about the size of a staple, but when I pushed on it, the fiberglass splintered away and left a little chip a little deeper ... again, about as long as a staple, and now about as wide and deep as half my fingertip. I've attached a photo of the general location of the chip (NOTE: this is NOT my boat -- I just swiped a photo of a SR cabin door frame and put an arrow in the approximate location of the chip):

Is this area near the cabin door just fiberglass, or is it fiberglass with gelcoat? What can I use to fill it in for repair?

Also, since that area is beige in color, is there any way to match it?

Thanks in advance!

It is gelcoated. Repaired like any other gel coat repair. You can contact Sea Ray to get the correct color and order it from Spectrum.
