Help with a cleaner for the rougher bow

Starbrite non skid deck cleaner, works great, I squirt it right out of the bottle on my fore deck or swim platform, shower it with a little water, then scrub with a soft Shurhold brush, rinse and done.

Have you tried a non-skid cleaner? If thats not working for you, try soft scrub, with or without bleach.

Starbrite Non Skid cleaner. Hose down boat. Squirt on and spread around with a soft brush. Wait 10-15 mintues and hose off.

Waiting per instructions is key to good results.

Awesome results.

Another vote for Starbrite Non Skid cleaner, doesn't strip the wax from the other surfaces which is another advantage to using it.

I put starbrite deck cleaner is a sprayer bottle dampen deck and spray a lite mist on wait a bout 10 min then scrub lightly with a medium brush and rinse thouroughly.Dont be discouraged it usually whitens up as it dries.

Roll Off acid wash. I believe it is similar to the Star Brite product and works very well. Be forewarned that it will stip any wax from adjacent smooth surfaces.

I have had good luckwith Spray nie, Marine Grez-off. so far I have not seen it strip off wax, but I always do this before I wax the boat.

I use spray nine for most cleaning on the boat. It does a great job but you will have to re-wax after it is cleaned. Use a non skid wax for the textured areas.

There are different Shurhold brushes for different surfaces. I use the medium deck brush when washing my boat, and the stiff deck brush for non-skid (it's got bristles perfect for getting the dirt out of those little notches). The extra soft brush is best for the hull because it's super gentle and won't scratch gelcoat.
