Help with 215/225 radio shelf

I've noticed the radio shelf hanging down/unscrewed on a couple of boats I looked at as well as the one I purchased. There are two brackets on the forward side of it but no screw holes. Could someone who owns this boat check where those screws go so I can put the shelf back up? Thank you.

On mine those screws go straight into the hull right at the hull to deck joint. They were not put in particularly straight nor were they tightened all the way, just enough to support the shelf. I would pull the interior cover for the joint off and look for the holes that were there from the factory. I have to do the same as mine is still sitting on the counter after upgrading the stereo.

Thank you. I figured there was some sort of block or spacer, but I guess it is just screws into the side.
