All,
I posted this in the SLX specific thread but i'm going to re-post here hoping to get a larger audience and quicker responses. If that is not allowed please accept my apologies and delete this thread.
I've never owned a boat with a porta potty or "head", so this is new to me. Here is a picture of what my setup looks like. I also have a capped opening in the top of the hull to "pump it out" but i also have no idea how that works either.
I don't think the head on my boat has ever been used. i'm the second owner and i can't see any evidence or smell that its been used prior to me owning it.
Is there some chemicals i must put in it before use?
How does the "bowl" get cleaned after use - by hand / bucket / soap / water or ?
What do all the "knobs" do that are on the head? i see about 4 of them...
How can you tell when its full?
