I originally gave Jim a shot since he runs the site.

I find the service good and the pricing very competitive. What more could I want?

I bought my Garmin 545s, along with a thru-hull transducer, and a stereo system from Jim. Definately my first stop for Marine Electronics.

Consider a used one, say one to 2 years old. Folks are replacing these all the time as they are dated in a year. The Garmin 2006C on our boat is probably 6+ years old and I love it.

A lot of your marine electronic stores sell used ones..the same ones they replaced on a customers boat.
