Help me find the right navigation

Hi Searay family,

I am in the market for a new navigational system. I am confused and dont know where to start. I have a 1995 330 Sundancer with all the old equipment on it. GPS, Chartplotter, Etc.

What do you want to do with the boat?

How far away can you see yourself venturing?

Is radar a consideration?

Are you good at "real charting"? (meaning on paper)

Before you start looking at models, gotta come up with an idea of what you want it to do for you.
