Well it's winter in north GA and last weekend I discovered a lot of condensation in the storage compartment under the v berth and the one under the floor. At first I thought I had a leak because so much water had accumulated. 8 gallons under the v berth and six under the floor. I wet vaced it all out. We had a good rain storm this weekend so I checked out all of the deck hardware and nothing seems to be leaking. The boat is in a covered slip so it only gets rained on if it is windy. This appears to be condensation because I can see water beading up all over the inside of the hull.
I've been running the heater. Should I run the dehumidifer instead? Is it ok to run dehumidify all winter? Will it cause freezing temps in the cabin? What are you guys doing?

We have an '05 340 & run the heater for days on end during the winter & have never seen more than a 1/4" in the condesation pan. I do set the AC on de-humidify when we leave for extended periods.

I believe you have a water leak in your AC system...where the lake water circulates thru the AC system under the V-berth.

Propped the bed up, turn on the heat & see what's going on down there.

Make sure your anchor locker drain is clear. Mine was plugged up and filled with water which ended up leaking into the cabin. Also, deck hardware around railing tight and sealed...

We used to have a similar problem. It turned out to be the seal between the upper and lower deck. Took the chrome rub rail strip off, doug out all the silicone, cleaned the area with soap and water then acitone, resealed it and the problem stopped.
