Help: 1974 SRV 190

I have a 1974 Searay SRV 190 with a 165 hp Mercruiser. I bought the boat at a steal price of $500, the Tilt and Trim of the stern drive is not working. I believe that it may be the Hydraulic lines but am unsure. If anyone has any input please feel free to help.

Not enough info.
Is there oil in the resevoir?
If so, is the motor getting power? Check for voltage there.
Another problem area could be the tilt trim wires where they go through the tramsom to limiter thing at the gimbel. They corrode up after years of use/sitting.
