Helm Step wanted - 1994 400 Express Cruiser

We have similar boats. Most likely...... you will have to make one or have one made. It was a popular thing to do back in the day because it is hard to see what is in front of the boat. My boat has one but I don't think they came from Sea Ray. Sea Ray does not list a part number for one I could find and there is no part number or markings on the step I have.
The Helm step works great when the canvas is down which is how I use my boat. For others that use their boat with the front canvas up all the time.....it can work against you. You can't stand up on the helm step with the originally designed front canvas up which is why they designed it without a step.
Since I use mine with the front canvas down....I got a this Todd marine step for the Port side so that guests could also enjoy the view:
