Hello Everyone.
Current Boat..... 2003 280 DA twin 4.3 MPI..
We boat in the upper Florida Keys and occasionally to Bimini.
We are currently considering moving up to a 36-38 and are looking at model years 2000 or newer. We need a bigger boat because our two boys are getting big and need more room for Friends etc.. Any suggestions or advise is greatly appreciated.
So far our Boat has been great. She has 440 hours and we have had no major issues other than the Windlass corroding. I recently replaced this myself and it was a PITA but I got it done and am happy. I have started to do my own maint and enjoy working on the boat in the Winter.
Currently we keep the boat on a lift at Rickenbacker Marina in Key Biscayne. We Enjoy meeting up with people at Elliot Key on the Weekends.
