Welcome aboard

Lake Erie Boater,

We will see a lot of you. Seems like that is the best place on the bay for diesel (and ribs)

Thanks all for the welcome

Dan

Welcome from Cedar Point Marina. Very nice boat with diesels. Do you have any extended trips planned for 2012?

Dan,

Yes on diesel. Sadly no on ribs (anymore). The restaurant closed suddenly late last season. Apparantly their bank shut them down. Employees never saw it coming as they were literally chased out the door as was locked.

It will be interesting to see if another restaurant takes the space.

Look for Goin' for Broke !! if you are in the marina.

For ribs if you're up for a ride try Cleats in East Harbor... my new fav in the area... you can choose from 9 diff sauces as well... L.E.B. were gonna need pics of the new Egg...

Welcome to the Club! Wife and I are new too, gotta post soon (still trying to figure out how to post pictures). We put our 340 Sedan Bridge in the "Barn" in Lakeside waiting for spring weather to hit. Sucks watching it snow.

Bay Point I was there for a lot of years had a boat in the marina and a trailer on the beach. Nice place. Problem with Bay Point is low water levels hitting bottom when leaving channel. Also it is a long way to stores, parts houses, and no mechanic. I am now at Anchors Away Marina they are close to everything and have two bars and restaurants with in walking distance. Bay Point is a nice place though.

welcome Dan
to expand on Jason's welcome...
we will be at Middle Bass before you know it

Douglass,

We love Anchors Away. We sometimes launch their in the Spring and pull out in the fall depending upon where we store. The people there are great and we love Crabby Joes. In regard to the water levels, I thought that is how your clean your props???? See you at Middle Bass

Dan
