Hello from a first time cruiser owner

Just bought my first cruzer, 350 Express Bridge. I don't even have it yet but delivery is before next wednesday. When I get it I will post some pix and overall condition as I have bought it without a survay or in person. Its out of southern Mississippi, the land of Katrina mayhem. I have talked to the marina opperator/owner, he says its in good condition and the deal we struck I can afford 20K in reno's. I also own a marine/auto shop:wow:

Well you may be in for some suprises after buying it without a survey; most here will agree that is a mistake for a cruiser but if it's a done deal, it's a done deal and you may have had your reasons so we may as well just look forward.

Edit: You have drastically edited your original post with additional information explaining why you did not get a survey. Sounds like you have it under control! Don't forget to post those pics!
