Hi Guys, we are moving from our 280 to a 2005 320 but haven't shored up a final deal, she's clean and looks to have all the bells and whistles... I'm sure I'll be posting here a lot for some of the expert help

I have a question going from twin I/O to the twin Stern V drives... It seems as if the steering is much heavier I assume that's because there's no prop being steered around with momentum? I guess it feels as if there is no "power" steering if that makes sense :smt100

I assume you are talking about 'new' boat vs existing boat. We have a single engine 280, and I have driven a friend's 320 with Vee drives a number of times. The steering is different (single vs twin), but not noticeably harder or lighter. This might indicate the need for a little investigation.
