Heavy duty velcro

Anyone know where to get the heavy duty velcro and the nylon inserts that are used to attach the side panels?

Are you sure they're attached with velcro?
I was told they use this style of fastener...

The heavy duty Velcro stuff is 3M Dual Lock.

Top panels are velcro. Bottoms have push pins. But the pins have a flange on the inside (backside). See pics

Those look like Christmas trees fasteners. Sea Ray used them in some places. They suck. It’s almost impossible to remove the panel without breaking them. On my boats I replaced them all with Dual Lock.
