Heating system with smxII thermostat

Good afternoon, I have a 2001 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge 400 with 2 Ac/heat units. My forward unit works great both AC and heat. My back unit Ac works great but heat will not produce warm air. Just cold air. I turn on heat put temp way about room temp, turns on fine pumps water but not warm air. Water temp is still warm here in Ma. Anyone have any suggestions?

Probably a stuck reversing valve. Same issue on both of mine. The boat came from FL and evidently when they did the survey they did not check the heat. When we got the boat back to MD the heat would not come on. Forward unit eventually did just by switching from cool to heat a few times. I had to tap the valve a few times on the salon unit but it started working also.
