Heated Storage Vs. Cold Storage Vs. Outside Storage?

I would like nothing more than to go inside heated. None available in my area, so she stays in the slip year round.

Trailered boat. Stored inside, heated ~ 60 degrees min. No catagory in poll for inside heated and AIR CONDITIONED? Darn. Own my own warehouse. Boat only sees sun on weekends when it is floating. :smt038 However, it is difficult to have your boat 20 feet from your desk.
I simply love the people that see it in the slip and congratulate us on our new boat; then when told - they don't believe it is 8 seasons old.....

I answered too quickly... I answered how I wish I could store my boat, inside heated... I actually store in the water...
