Head wont flush down anymore !!

The head will flush but the ball is opening the wrong direction and stayin open, ive tried to lube it and the seal but it still gets stuck open. I have a vacum flush system. HELP

Benny, the "breaker" looking thing on the vac tank is the vac switch. Vacuum, created by the motor, will compress and uncompress the spring. This will, in turn, turn the switch on and off (you should hear the switch click). Look a little closer at the vac switch and you'll see the actual switch between the spring and the "breaker". Manually pushing/pulling the spring will cause the motor to go on and off. Doing this will tell you if the motor is bad.

Loosening the connection where the pump body attaches to the tank should cause the motor to go on (thinking the toilet has been flushed). This will tell you if the switch is bad.

There are a lot of different people throwing in questions so it's hard to answer them all without getting confused... Should start a new thread if you have a new issue...

You need to replace the ball and the shaft it is on. Go here:

http://www.sealandservices.com/vacuflush_parts.htm

And scroll down to the ball and shaft kit. You'll notice that they now have a brass shaft. The end of the shaft has a square head and goes into a plastic spring gizmo. What happens is the square head (or the female end of the gizmo) will strip and get rounded corners and put the ball all catty-wumpus and you get what you are seeing... I assume you have kids... because they tend to "pop the pedal" and not release it slowly and it tears that thing up. I assume the new ones will hold up better...

On the OP's question... Look at this diagram I made (note dripping poop juice on fitting):

If the motor is not running, you need to see if there is a vacuum in this tank... pull the vacuum switch out. That will release the vacuum if there is one and the pump should turn on. If that happens, you have a blockage between the vacuum tank and the toilet.

If there is no vacuum in the tank when you pull the vacuum switch (and the motor is not running), you may need a new vacuum switch. However, I would check to see if you are getting 12v to the switch to make sure you have power. If you have power at the switch... then you need a new one.

That's my 2 cents on the deal.
