Need Help.
I have a 2005 280 sundance and i need to replace the hose from the head to the vac. tank. The inner wall has collapsed and i dont know why. I have removed the hose from the tank and head but cant pull it out.

Its not that simple. Most likely the hose has a few tie raps that hold the hose in place.. I have a 240DA and the setup maybe similar.. I have a storage area under the shifter that also serves as an access point that needs to be remove to in order to access the hose and any cable that run to the engine room.
BTW, Its not only pulling it out, its also sliding the new hose in..

Good luck

Thanks Lellyfish
I removed the tank and the hose runs thru the bulkhead and under the aft cabin. I dont see any panels to remove to get there.

I think the hose can be accessed by removing the interior wall of the aft berth starboard side. There is 4 screws holding that wall panel on. My guess is there is a wad of silicone sealant at the point it passes thru the bulkhead.

You hit the nail on the head.
Just got the hose out thru the aft cabin. There is silicone and 3 zip ties behind that panel. Not a bad job except one of the screws were rounded off. Had to drill it out.
This is the first hose i have had come apart like this.
Thanks for the help.
