Head sink drainage

Hope this is a quick one, sorry for the new boat owner style question.

Anyone know how hard it is to fix a leaking head sink.

From what I can tell it looks like it is leaking up at the top right next to the sink or something. I noticed it as we ended up with a puddle by the stairs when we were running out the water...

Is your puddle there when you water system is turned on and pressurized, or only when you're actually using the sink?
