Head door hinges felt out

The door lamination opened up a bit at the hinges so the screws wouldn't bite any more.

The door is still in excellent shape otherwise, so replacement is not an option.

Anyone has any other solution please?

I was thinking longer screws for this weekend trip. But that should only be a temporary solution.

Epoxy the holes then redrill them. You can use the stuff at Home Depot.

Might even be a good idea to drill out the existing holes way oversize, and then fill it with epoxy. Then re-drill for small pilot holes. And then use longer screws too!
