Have a buyer... OMG what pain

Good thread.
Here's the way I see it.

1. You are the seller and have a selling price. Set it and don't go below it.
You are selling a boat not restoring it.

2. The buyer has a price he won't go above.

Now, he buys it or he doesn't.

I agree you've gone above and beyond for this clown.
 
Last Friday I sold the Boat. The Doctor finally made the move and bought it for the agreed price.
Took it for a test ride and closed at my Bank. Sold for $32,000. I have to say I was SAD to see it drive out of the Harbor. Great Boat!
I will keep in touch with all my friends on the Forum.
 
Well, I'm glad the guy ponied up and finally did the right thing after he had you jump through all of those hoops. Congratulations and, well, my condolences too as I understand the sadness you felt seeing her go. Good luck!
