Purchased a Standarck Horizon HX850S probably 7 or 8 years ago, and have kept this inside the cabin as a "just in case". About 3 weeks ago, when I picked this up, I got black streaks all over my hands from the outside case. Sent an email to YAESU and they replied next day on how to ship this back for repairs. Received this back today, and they replaced the outside case for a sum of $0.00. Sure is nice when companies stand behind their products (even if they are no longer in production!)
