I just joined the Club, so if my question has been addressed in the past, please excuse my ignorance.
Yesterday, while opening the hatch on my '99 340 Sundancer, it suddenly dropped about a foot just as it was coming to the top open position. The lift opens and closes, but now will not open all the way. The shut-off switches function at the top and bottom. I noticed in the parts list that there is a extension tube listed and I wondered if something slipped, e.g., a set screw. Any help would be much appreciated by this newbie.
