Hatch glass needs re-bedding. How do I do this?

So I started spring prep today on my 250. Of course since I'm planning to sell it, I found and now need to fix the big leak on my main hatch. Does anyone know how you re-bed this, and where you get whatever it gets bedded with?

Thanks. That stuff looks like it would be useful for a lot of things.

I found this stuff, it looks like possibly how the glass was in originally, but sadly it's lacking in description.

That would be my choice.
