Has anyone thru-hulled a 240 SRV Sedan Bridge with a 7.4L Mercruiser?

My 1978 240 SRV has a 7.4L Mercruiser that needs thru-hull the exhaust. Has anyone done this or know someone who has?

I had a '79 with water intake through the hull; why do you want to do a thru-hull exhaust ??
