Here was the wife helping polish the boat. She wasn't smiling as big after I told her that it was only the compound and we still had to polish and wax it.

Isn't funny how everyone is the first to jump on the boat for a nice Saturday on the water, yet they are the first to be MIA when it's time for unloading items/waxing/maintenance, etc on the boat? :smt043

I haven't had a chance to call on the cover. I figure it will be a good winter project. One last winter with shrink wrap.

My Admiral/Girl Friend does not clean exterior of boat.
I enjoy doing that myself, but after just one short season, she has taken to keeping the interior very clean and vacuumed.
After our 40 mile run across lower Lake Michigan to winter storage, she was the best trooper I have ever had on a boat (including the ex of 20+ years) in emptying and unloading the boat knowing what next season will bring.
Picture attached is about half way across lake and she was not looking forward to putting boat away for the season.

The Garage must be nice. Mo and I just put and offer in for buying a Garage to keep ours in. Then, no more winterizing, I can buff inside and keep her Inside all cozy.

I don't know if its just me or not but.... I always get the " I would help you, but, it probably wouldnt be the way you want it done " . I just smile and say its ok I enjoy doing it. Plus I think she is knows me pretty well! lol
