Had a dream last night & Gary was in it

This first part is real - I removed a couple of my aluminum cockpit hatch frames to replace or paint them. I remember Gary had mentioned something in a thread about the correct hardware to remount the frames............I've done a search and can't find it.

Now the dream part - I was on Gary's boat along with a few other people. I asked him the name of the screws that he used to secure his frames, he gave me some name that I never heard of. My boat was tied up behind his, I told him to hop on it and check out my new motors. Turned out it was another 370 that likes like mine, think it was Russ's 370...........then I woke up.

Does anybody know what the correct hardware is, I think it is a stainless screw with a nylon washer

No, it was an insulating gel called Tef-Gel. Do a google search and it will pop right up.
