Hello Cruisers,
It took almost 2 months of searching to find the boat that suited me the Best.
( ok, my GF had a little influence, lol )
after one month of ads, I narrowed it down to a Sea Ray, or a Chris Craft.
Being a retired blue collar man, I found the right combo of; asking price, condition, appearance, and Seller circumstances.

1986 340 Sedan Bridge, twin 340 V8’s with 1000 hours on each. The Seller, Ralph was a very nice Gentleman, who had matured to the point of not being able to operate and maintain the boat he owned for the past 5 years.

It has full canvas in good shape, generator, no radar but decent electronics, working head with shower, heat and A/C, electric windlass, etc.

needs a minor bit of TLC, which we are happy to provide.

have a Survey and haul out scheduled for next week.
I’m Stoked!

Welcome aboard, Bruce!

I'm bettin' your girlfriend had a more than "a little" influence :)

From the pictures you attached, it looks VERY nice! I hope your survey goes well!

Congratulations! A good friend of mine owned one of these, kept it in Baltimore, never started the engines in 5 years, never left his slip. He regrets selling it.

Your looks like a clean, shiny, well cared for one. Enjoy!

Best of luck on the survey, very clean looking boat from the pic's. Best of luck!
