Just one man's experience. No affiliation with any company.

Was looking for some extra cupholders in rear cockpit of a 2000 270DA. Came across a suction cup company names SeaSucker. Excellent product, and Im able to move it anywhere. Solid construction and superb suction. Ours holds 4 large cups, cans, or bottles. Just an FYI for those not looking to drill and holes and want something that can be moved around.

Get a load of their Party Barge cup and bottle holder! I'm thinking I need one of those for the WaveRunner SUV....

I have looked at those every boat show but never bought one.

Not that you asked :), but if you ever wanted to add permanent cup holders take a look at my table. These are stategically placed so the table fits under the hatch in the original storage holder. It really helps even at dock as the drinks don't slide all over the table. The cup holders were cheap and I used silicone to hold them in place. Almost looks factory .

Yes, I wish I had built-in cup holders in our table.

Very nice job Cliffa. As a note anyone with a 270 like Craig and myself and plan on storing the table in the ER at times (in the factory holding shelf), the cupholder location here won't work.

thanks....i used 'shallow mount' cup holders that are not very deep and barely stick out past the bottom of the table....would these type cup holders work with the tables on a 270 and still be able to store the table in the ER?...

Can you remove the cup holders? If so, then its a slam dunk.

you certainly can make the hole in the table for the cup holder slightly larger than needed to allow the cup holder to be easily removed....mine are in tight where they cannot be easiliy removed but i don't have an issue with storing the table....

On the 270's they store the table under the engine hatch. The have an odd shaped support and use the engine soundproofing material to keep the table tight. It slides in and has two snap straps to keep it in place. Anyway, its possible if they are short enough it might squeeze the foam enough. Are they stainless?

+1 on the seasucker product. I bought mine at last years boat show and it works great. Also use their product to mount the ipad on the helm.
