Great Lakes Canvas

Anyone had any problems with Great Lake responding to emails and phone calls? I have been calling and emailing them for two days now as I am buying a 2000 340 tomorrow which needs canvas bad. Any idea? Maybe they took some time off, just seems odd nobody is returning phone calls or emails.

A few months back they were only working 4 days a week but they they were pretty good about getting back in touch. I sent them an e-mail this morning and I didn't get a response. Best to wait on hold with whomever your working with.

Purchased stuff from them back in the spring and they were spot on, even emailing me back when I was slacking... Brandy is who I worked with, but like stated above, I think they only work M-Th... Worth the wait, as they had a quick turnaround and everything fit perfectly.

Great, that would explain why no return calls today. I asked them for prices before and they got right back to me, so I was quite surprised with no response today. Will call them on Monday.

Don't forgot to ask for the 20% discount. The price they quoted was before the discount. The offer is good until 12/2010.

Marine Max had a 20% sale about a month ago but my canvas was made and shipped from Great Lakes. I was shorted 5 snaps and they are shipping me 10 no questions asked. I've dealt with them in the past and they've been excellent. Canvas was a perfect fit for my 2005 280DA too!

Ordered my glass a couple weeks back and worked out well while I decided what I was doing with the back half. But after they offerred the 20% off, ordered the rest this week.:smt038
