We are finally in the water and at the marina with our first new-to-us boat! We have been out 3 times thus far and had a nice lunch on the boat last Saturday on Candlewood Lake in CT. My wife and my 2 little princesses LOVE their new boat! It's going to be a great summer of making some priceless memories for my family!

I also installed 2 48LED lights while it was out of the water on the transom facing rear - one on each side of the outdrive. I forgot to take a few pics of them installed and out of the water before I put her in. DOH! Once I am down at the marina in the dark, I will take some pics of them lit. Should be cool for the kids!

Now that I am in, I'm also thinking about paying $400 more to go to the other side of the marina where it's much less windy and you have your own padded slip with a finger on each side. I find I'm being really anal about this boat and it may let me rest and sleep easier.

Congrats Ron. I'm in too. I guess you can tell we are newbies as we are the only ones in at the marina. however this past weekend a lot of boats were launched and tied up

John - You're right! Everone tells me my launch date will get later each year. Right now, I don't see that happening! We have about 4 boats in now, including mine, since last Saturday.

Here's to a great, exciting year!
