We are finally in the water and at the marina with our first new-to-us boat! We have been out 3 times thus far and had a nice lunch on the boat last Saturday on Candlewood Lake in CT. My wife and my 2 little princesses LOVE their new boat! It's going to be a great summer of making some priceless memories for my family!
:: on the way to the marina ::
:: tied and ready for the family to show up ::
:: the first boat in the marina! ::
I also installed 2 48LED lights while it was out of the water on the transom facing rear - one on each side of the outdrive. I forgot to take a few pics of them installed and out of the water before I put her in. DOH! Once I am down at the marina in the dark, I will take some pics of them lit. Should be cool for the kids!
Now that I am in, I'm also thinking about paying $400 more to go to the other side of the marina where it's much less windy and you have your own padded slip with a finger on each side. I find I'm being really anal about this boat and it may let me rest and sleep easier.
