Grease on thrust washer ?

Is grease required on the thrust washer or just on the splines
Flo torque II ,my manual does not say it just says grease splines

I always grease the thrust washer. Sure won't hurt even if not required.

I always grease them. If you don’t, you may have a tough time getting them back off.
Grease the crap out of the outside of that rubber hub too before you slide it in. It will make separating it a lot easier next time.

Thanks, I guess I was not sure on how the thrust washer actually works, if it is supposed to be able to spin separate from the shaft or not so I was not sure I will put some grease on it, thanks
