I am thoroughly enjoying getting to know my Sea Ray. Since i took up the old carpet and installed the new floor I have been going a little farther with it and I am so impressed(and relieved) with how well built this boat is.

This is truly a labor of love. I am eagerly awaiting the fun my family will have on this new toy this summer.

I really enjoy this site as well. All here have shortened my learning curve in respect to my boat, which is making it much easier to "dig into".

thanks guys and take care, I have to go back out to the boat and finish my new stairs. :smt001

Keep us posted on those stairs! I'm watching and wondering! Are you going to bend the stuff around the nose or did you find some other bullnose that will work?

We're thinking about a trip to Buttonhook this weekend! Stop by if you splash! I'll keep you posted!

I'll keep posted on the stairs and I will get some pictures when I am nearer completion.

We are planning on a trip up to buttonhook this weekend also. I am sure it will be easy to find you up there, Sundancer.

Its pretty cool to see al the vintage searay owners chiming in. Great bunch of guys! My project is moving ahead well. I am hoping to spash in three weeks! Just need to bolt on the new stretched platform, install the drives, barrier coat and paint the bottom, and reinstall the alluminum rub rail. This will be my first season with this boat, and am really looking forward to it! Great boat.
